The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the social class of students' parents and the learning outcomes of class VI students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah At-Taqwa 51 Bekasi. This study uses a quantitative approach to personal correlation to determine the relationship between the two variables by distributing in-depth questionnaires to parents of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah At-Taqwa 51 Bekasi, totaling 60 respondents. Based on the results of the statistical test of the research hypothesis using pearson correlation, the Alpha Sig value was obtained. 0.000 <0.05, which is equal to 0.000 <0.05 or with the test results using rcount > rtable of 0.486 > 0.254 so that H<sub>0</sub> is rejected and Ha fails to reject. This type of research is a case study qualitative research, while the approach used is descriptive qualitative, which will be described according to the data obtained in the field. Aggression can vary, depending on how a person responds to the stimulus that comes to him. This research only focused to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and aggression in class x adolescents at SMK Negeri 9 Padang even semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The type of research used is quantitative method. The study population amounted to 424 people enrolled in the 2022/2023 school year, with a sample of 206 people taken using proportional rondom sampling technique. This research examines the relationship between emotional maturity and aggression. The instrument used in data collection in this study was a questionnaire prepared according to the Likert scale model. Data analysis was carried out using a statistical program on the SPSS 24 computer and Microsoft Excel. This research method is a qualitative method with a case study approach model. In this study, data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted in-depth with the owner of Intan Gallery Kebaya Boutique, namely Mr Zam Warir and The Owner of Fashion House Nelly Memosa, namely Mrs Gusri Nelly. Observations were made on student activities during pre-employment. In addition, documentation is carried out to photograph student activities and document student activity reports and assessment results from the industry. Data analysis used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that the perception of the owner of Intan Gallery Kebaya Boutique, and Fashion House Nelly Memosa, towards the competence possessed by pre-employment students is good. This can be seen from the skills possessed by pre-employment students, which include designing skills, making patterns, cutting materials, sewing, and finishing. In addition, the skills possessed by pre-employment students are also by the Intan Gallery Kebaya Boutique and Nelly Memosa Fashion House, so implementing pre-employment is beneficial for the business world. The place of this research is MI Ya BAKII 01 Kesugihan Cilacap. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach, using triangulation of techniques, sources and informants. The data that the author obtained was through interviews, observation and documentation. Then each data is analyzed using an interactive cycle with components of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that there are general objectives of the PAI curriculum, namely the formation of student character, and specific objectives, namely to support madrasa subjects. The content of the Islamic boarding school-based PAI curriculum is linear activities with the Al Ihya Ulumaddin Kesugihan Islamic boarding school as the Islamic boarding school that houses the Ya BAKII foundation, such as; Tahfidzul Qur'an, Muroja'ah, learning lectures, making prayers (sholawatan) and learning the Qur'an and prayer. The implementation of the Islamic boarding school-based PAI curriculum at MI Ya Bakii 01 is carried out in the classroom and outside the classroom, every day according to a predetermined schedule.
