Abstract

The state economy regulates the sources of income and expenditures, as well as the economy in a household in general. The main source of state revenue comes from taxes. Without taxes in carrying out the task of developing a country it will be difficult to realize. Construction of facilities and infrastructure such as bridges, transportation, roads, state defense and security, etc. The source of it all is taxes. In order to realize the 5^th (liam) Pancasila, in realizing justice and providing a sense of security for all levels of society, it certainly needs support from the state itself, namely from tax revenues. By implementing a tax imposition system with progressive rates, the tax also aims as a means of distributing income from people who have higher economic abilities to people with lower abilities. Progressive taxation means the imposition of higher taxes on people who are more economically capable. The state economy regulates sources of income as well as expenditures, as does the household economy. The main source of state revenue comes from taxes. Without taxes, activities in development for a country will be difficult to realize properly. State facilities such as roads, bridges, and others are financed using taxes.
