Pelatihan Kerajinan Ecoprint untuk Pengembangan Kreativitas Ibu dan Anak di Kelurahan Tanjung Gading

The ecoprint training held in Tanjung Gading Village aims to develop creativity, environmental awareness, and increase self-confidence among local mothers and children. This activity was carried out in three sessions on August 2, 3, and 18, 2024, and successfully involved 50 participants, including mothers from gymnastics groups, local mothers, and children. This training focused on the use of natural materials such as leaves and flowers to print unique patterns on fabrics, as well as promoting environmentally friendly practices. The results of the training showed a significant increase in the understanding and application of ecoprint techniques by participants. Before the training, 92% of participants were not familiar with this technique, but after the session, many showed increased ability and creativity in applying ecoprint. Feedback from participants was very positive, reflecting high satisfaction with the learning experience and the quality of their work. This training not only empowered the local community with new skills but also strengthened social relationships and increased environmental awareness. The success of this program confirms the potential of ecoprint workshops to make a significant contribution to local economic development and environmental sustainability. It is hoped that this activity can be a model for similar initiatives in other areas to advance creativity while supporting environmental conservation.

The aims of this activity is to improve financial literacy for Small Medium Enterprise (SME) owners in Nagari Koto Nan Duo, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency,at August 10, 2024. West Sumatra Province. Financial literacy is include in OJK program that encourage more society understand the concept of financial literacy. We trying to support the program, by providing material such as the important of financial literacy, saving and online loans. We hope that by giving this material to SME owner they could have good financial literacy, make the right financial decisions and avoid things such as illegal online loans that would help the owner to developed their business. The indicator that this activity is success are the participant understand the concept of financial literacy and could make the right decision regarding to their financial problems. We hope that this activity will be done in other region so that there will be more educated SME owner and more SME established.

In the digital era, effective business mapping is crucial for driving growth and increasing sales, particularly in the competitive fashion industry. Gumi store, as a Muslim fashion business, has experienced stagnation in sales and has yet to implement comprehensive business mapping to formulate the right strategy. This community service initiative aims to address this issue through intensive training focused on utilizing the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as an online strategic tool. The method employed in this activity involves training on the use of BMC for the owner and three employees of gumi store. This training includes interactive sessions that provide a fundamental understanding of the key elements in the BMC and how to integrate them into business strategy. The training evaluation was conducted through a practical project, where participants were required to create a customized BMC for gumi store. The results of this activity show that participants followed the training with high enthusiasm and were able to apply the knowledge gained in their business mapping. By using BMC, gumi store is expected to design a more effective and focused business strategy, which will have a direct impact on increasing sales and competitiveness in the Muslim fashion market. This community service program not only enhances gumi store’s internal capacity but also demonstrates the importance of utilizing digital tools in modern business development.

Sekolah Perempuan Teras Harmoni : Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Keluarga di Desa Ketapang

Ketapang Village is located in Susukan sub-district, Semarang Regency. The Teras Harmoni Women's School program, based on an ecological mental health model, has successfully empowered women in Ketapang Village. The village faces challenges such as the low participation of women in the labor force, with 380 (22%) and the lack of access to higher education with 99 (6%) female graduates. Facing these challenges, Sekolah Perempuan Teras Harmoni comes as an innovative initiative to empower women, aiming to improve family welfare through a holistic approach encompassing education, mental health, economic development, and improved managerial skills. The Sekolah Perempuan Teras Harmoni approach is based on an ecological mental health model, integrating various systems to build family and community well-being. This model, referring to Urie Bronfenbrenner's concept, considers the interaction between individuals and their environment at various levels. There is an increase in the capacity of student organizations supporting the implementation of PPK Ormawa. The increased capacity of student organizations in the implementation of PPK Ormawa can be seen from the role played by students in assisting and managing various programs, especially at Teras Harmoni Women's School. Proven by the Wilcoxon Test with the results (.000). which can be interpreted that there is an increase in the PPK Ormawa Team. And the increase in students or participants of the Teras Harmoni Women's School is evidenced by the Paired sample t-test on each program with (.000) which means that the dedication of the PPK ORMAWA HIMA BK Team has a significant and positive impact.

Peningkatan Kapasitas Kelompok Home Industri Pandebassi di Desa Pamboborang dalam Penggunaan Digital Marketplace

In the current digital era, the ability to leverage technology and online platforms has become a key factor for success across various industries, including home industries. One example is the Pandebassi home industry group in Pamboborang Village, which has enhanced its capacity to use digital marketplaces to promote its products. Pandebassi consists of a group of local artisans in Pamboborang Village. Previously, they faced challenges in marketing their products due to limited market access and a lack of knowledge about how to utilize online platforms. To overcome these challenges, the group decided to improve its capacity in using digital marketplaces. The training helped them understand the basics of online marketing, sales strategies, and product optimization techniques to increase online visibility. With increased income from online sales, the group was able to improve product quality, expand market reach, and empower more members within the group. Additionally, the success of the Pandebassi group in utilizing digital marketplaces is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy in Pamboborang Village. With the growth of their online business activities, more job opportunities are created for the local community, contributing to better economic growth. In conclusion, the capacity enhancement of the Pandebassi home industry group in Pamboborang Village in using digital marketplaces is expected to have a significant impact on local economic development and the welfare of group members. This demonstrates the importance of leveraging technology to develop home industries and expand market access for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Meningkatkan Efektivitas Penulisan Ilmiah melalui Mendeley Reference Manager

This community service activity aims to increase the effectiveness of students' scientific writing through training in the use of Mendeley Reference Manager. The training was conducted for 10 students of the Tanjungpura University Sociology Education Study Program using lecture and hands-on methods which included delivering material through presentations, practicing the installation and use of Mendeley features, as well as discussion and mentoring. The method used is field research as a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were participant observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data sources came from primary and secondary data. The results of the activity showed 90% of participants successfully used Mendeley to manage references and organize citations automatically, improving the quality and consistency of their scientific writing. Evaluation through pre-test showed 10% of participants had excellent understanding, 40% good, 10% fair, and 40% poor. After the training, the post-test showed improvement, with 50% of participants feeling very satisfied, 40% satisfied, and 10% moderately satisfied. This activity proves that Mendeley training is effective in reducing citation format errors and the risk of plagiarism, as well as encouraging a better academic culture.

This community service activity (CSP) is entitled: Community-Based Empowerment Through Fish-Based Food Production. The target of this activity is the wives of fishermen from the Poklashar Kadompe group in Tinangkung Village, Tinangkung Selatan District, BangKep Regency. The problems faced by the partner group are (1) fish are only sold raw at very cheap prices so the profits are small, (2) lack of knowledge and skills in processing fish-based food, (3) lack of equipment due to limited business capital, (4) lack of insight and skills in making attractive product packaging, (5) knowledge about product marketing which is still minimal, (6) lack of understanding about business management. The purpose of this CSP is to empower fishermen's wives to become entrepreneurs of processed products, meatballs and fish floss. The implementation method is the Pelatihan and counseling method starting from: product production and packaging techniques, promotion techniques, marketing and business management as well as group financial bookkeeping. The 2024 village development program is titled Technical Guidance for Improving the Status of Disadvantaged Villages to Become Developing Villages in Matandahi Village, Tinanggea District, South Konawe Regency. This activity aims to increase the understanding of village officials about the Building Village Index (IDM). This activity involves village heads, village secretaries, hamlet heads, and chairmen of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), with a focus on increasing their capacity in managing village development. The counseling methods used included lectures and discussions, which were considered effective by 94.44% of participants. The results of the evaluation showed that the majority of participants, 100%, assessed that the village head was ready or very ready to implement the IDM concept. The program also successfully involved balanced participation between age groups and genders, with most participants having an undergraduate educational background. However, there are recommendations to expand the participation of the younger generation and improve the clarity of the material for participants with lower levels of education. In conclusion, this program has a positive impact on village readiness in implementing IDM, with great potential to encourage the acceleration of sustainable village development.

Pengaruh Pengurangan Kebisingan terhadap Produktivitas Telur Itik Alabio

This community service aims to determine the effect of noise levels on the growth, development, and behavior of Alabio ducks, for a population of 400 (16 males and 384 females). The noise level of the diesel engine was 94.3 dB, and at a distance of about 5 meters from the sound source, the behavioral ducks were changed such as running from the farm area, decreased eating patterns, stunted growth, and reduced egg production. After replacing the diesel engine with a motor engine that did not produce noise (0 dB), there was a significant change in the condition of the ducks. Noise level testing used the Sound Meter Level application with a measuring distance of 1-12 meters from the alabio duck cage. The rice pounding machine and rice smoother with driving power have been modified with a diesel motor turned on simultaneously. The sound produced was measured every 1 meter for 30 seconds. The noise level produced was an average of 70.5 dB. The noise level produced has been significantly reduced, so with this condition, the behavior of the ducks began to change. The ducks no longer leave the farm area (pens and ponds), and the eating pattern increased significantly due to the loss of stress factors due to noise, which has a positive impact on growth acceleration. This program is expected to increase the productivity of eggs produced by ducks. This service shows that reducing noise levels has a positive effect on the welfare, growth, and productivity of Alabio ducks.

Nowadays, technological developments affect learning methods, so training is needed in creating technology-based media. Provision of teaching materials, such as the use of the Canva application by teachers, is an important part of routine activities at school. Effective teaching materials are also considered more practical and simple to use. However, not all teachers in schools use the Canva application as a tool in learning media. The purpose of Community Service (PkM) through this technical training is to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers who are members of the Pematangsiantar City IPA MGMP in designing learning media based on literacy, numeracy, and differentiated learning. The PkM method is carried out with an interactive and socialization approach that aims to build motivation, through the stages of implementation planning, as well as work procedures, namely the planning, action, observation, and evaluation stages. This Canva technical training was held in August 2024 with the participation of 30 participants. The PkM activity produced quite good achievements, where in each instructional objective there were changes in indicators that showed satisfactory development. Participants had a good understanding of the Canva application and acknowledged that the application was useful in helping to compile learning modules. Based on technical factors and supporting factors, it is known that this technical training brings changes to the knowledge and skills of participants.

The purpose of the community service activities that have been carried out is to strengthen the interrelationship between teachers and the curriculum, so that a strong relationship occurs as an effort towards the implementation of quality ECE. The method of community service activities uses participatory action research (PAR), with the aim of learning in overcoming problems and fulfilling needs in the community. In detail, the implementation of this community service activity is to meet the needs of ECE educators, by providing training through workshops and mentoring activities that are implemented in ECE institutions. Based on the objectives and methods used, this community service activity is to lead teachers and the curriculum in implementing quality ECE learning and development institutions. The implementation of the curriculum supported by professional teachers is capital for institutions in providing quality stimulation and learning services for early childhood. So the stronger the interrelationship between teachers and the curriculum, the easier it will be for ECE institutions to provide quality education services.

However, the lack of information and education about the importance of waste banks in society is a major challenge in managing waste banks. This activity aims to increase community participation in strengthening the waste bank movement by utilizing digital marketing. This activity provides a digital marketing workshop which provides training on marketing strategies through digital media and also creating social media content. In this case, Instagram social media is used as the main platform for disseminating waste bank information. Participants are taught how to create content in the form of educational content, informational content and creative content (out of the box) that can attract public attention and increase public awareness about waste banks. The result of this activity is an increase in the readiness of waste bank managers to utilize Instagram media as a suggestion for more effective information dissemination, by optimizing educational content, informational content and creative content (out of the box). This activity is expected to be able to support waste banks in managing waste more responsibly and increase community participation in the waste bank program.

This study aims to analyze the empowerment of family self-employment in supporting sustainable entrepreneurship in Cemerlang Business Group, Geluran Village, Sidoarjo. Through a qualitative approach of FGDs and interviews, this research explores how families as independent business units can contribute to long-term economic stability, through sustainable practices, community involvement, and resilience in the face of economic challenges. The main results show that family entrepreneurs in Geluran have great potential in driving the local economy through the application of sustainable entrepreneurship models such as the Triple Bottom Line approach and circular economy. However, challenges in the diversity of family business structures emphasize the importance of specific and contextual approaches. This research concludes that empowering self-employed families is key in supporting sustainable economic growth, with policy recommendations that include access to financial resources, training, as well as relevant sustainability programs to strengthen family businesses. In this activity, the next empowerment hope can help in the aspects of marketing, packaging, funding, training, promotion and support from the government.

Pendidikan Politik Bagi Pemuda Palangka Raya untuk Mendorong Integritas dalam Pilkada 2024

The issue of money politics poses a serious threat to the integrity of democracy at both national and local levels. It opens the door for political figures without integrity, while voter preferences are driven more by pragmatism than rationality. This issue demands special attention to ensure that the electoral democratic process is not controlled by capital. Therefore, political education is needed for voters, especially the youth of Palangka Raya, to promote integrity in the 2024 local elections through community service activities. This initiative targets young voters in Palangka Raya, particularly those registered for the 2024 Regional Head Election. The activity is carried out through an educational approach related to voter integrity values and resistance to money politics, culminating in a survey of voters' understanding of the materials presented. This activity was conducted in collaboration with the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Central Kalimantan. The results show that participants have a better understanding of voter integrity and the negative impact of money politics. Furthermore, this initiative is expected to raise awareness of the importance of political participation and encourage young voters to reject money politics in future elections.

Batik Samudra Goes to School: Konservasi Ragam Hias Aceh Berbasis Projek di Sekolah

The low level of students' knowledge and understanding of their social and cultural environment, as well as their historical identity, necessitates a concerted and collaborative effort. One indicator of this limited knowledge and understanding of Aceh’s historical and cultural identity is the inadequate awareness among both teachers and students regarding their region’s decorative arts. In the partner schools, this is evident through the limited creativity displayed by teachers and students in producing the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) with a local wisdom theme. Furthermore, schools face challenges in comprehending the steps required for P5 implementation, alongside difficulties in integrating technology within the project. This Community Service initiative aims to address these issues by integrating a conservation model of Acehnese decorative arts with the application of Batik Samudra technology in the P5 theme at SDN Alue Buloh, East Aceh Regency, aligning with the specific challenges faced by partner schools. The method used is training and mentoring The steps undertaken in this community service project adhere to the stages of P5 implementation within the school setting, which include: 1) Introduction or conceptualization, 2) Contextualization, 3) Action, and 4) Reflection. The outcomes of this initiative are not only the creation of Batik Samudra derivative products but also the enhancement of teachers' understanding and skills in P5 implementation. Additionally, there has been notable improvement in students' understanding and appreciation of Acehnese decorative motifs and batik as part of world cultural heritage. This Community Service has had an impact on the ability of partner schools to implement the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project ideally, especially with the theme of local wisdom. The ability to identify and explore local decorative varieties is an indicator of P5's contextualization ability, while Sigeupah Buloh batik work is a skill and ability in the action and reflection stages.

Optimalisasi Pengendalian Tikus melalui Pemasangan RUBUHA di Desa Bentok Darat, Kalimantan Selatan

Rodent pests (Rattus spp.) are one of the main threats to agricultural productivity in Indonesia, including in Bentok Darat Village, South Kalimantan. The damage caused by these pests not only reduces crop yields but also increases farmers' dependence on chemical pesticides, which pose environmental risks. To address this issue, effective and environmentally friendly pest control methods are needed. One approach employed is the installation of Owl Houses (RUBUHA) as habitats for barn owls, natural predators of rodents. This community service program aims to optimize rodent pest control by installing RUBUHA on agricultural land. The activities involve students and the Alam Subur farmer group, including training on RUBUHA installation, facility maintenance, and monitoring its effectiveness in reducing rodent populations. Observations showed that the installation of RUBUHA significantly reduced rodent attacks on agricultural land. Additionally, this method successfully increased crop productivity by up to 30% and decreased the use of chemical pesticides. In conclusion, RUBUHA installation is an innovative and sustainable solution for rodent pest control, supporting environmentally friendly agricultural practices while enhancing farmers' welfare.

BUMDes Bebedahan Berkah is an enterprise owned by the village of West Kaduagung, Cibadak sub-district, Lebak district, Banten. BUMDes Bebedahan Berkah is in the sector of rental services for shophouses located near the West Kaduagung Village Office. The BUMDes financial management is still done manually using a cash book, resulting in the risk of recording errors, calculations, and potential misuse of funds. As a result, many receivables are uncollectible, business development is hampered, and decision-making is difficult due to the absence of comprehensive financial reports. This activity aims to improve the financial management skills of BUMDes through training and assistance in financial management and reporting using the TAKABUMDes application. This activity succeeded in improving the skills and abilities of BUMDes management in managing finances and making financial reports, so that transparency and accountability have been achieved. Long-term success requires consistent effort, sufficient funding support, and close cooperation between stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of BUMDES.

Pelatihan Sertifikasi Halal dan Pemasaran Modern untuk Meningkatkan Pendatan Usaha Makanan di Desa Maringgit

The growth of MSMEs has been steadily increasing each year, yet they still face various challenges. One of the sectors contributing the most to the national economy is the food and culinary industry. MSMEs in Maringgit Village sell traditional foods from the Hulu Sungai Tengah region, such as kue cincin, rice cakes, kue apam, kue jabuk, sugar-coated peanuts, and other processed foods. Increasingly fierce competition has made it difficult for them to compete due to limited knowledge of how to increase income and sales. This study focuses on how MSMEs in Maringgit Village can boost their income through halal certification and modern marketing. The lack of information and knowledge has caused business owners to misunderstand regulations governing halal certification. Therefore, outreach and assistance with halal product certification are crucial to help these products enter modern markets. This community service aims to help MSMEs in Maringgit Village overcome these challenges. The assistance in halal certification and modern marketing training is carried out in stages, both online and offline. Success indicators were tested using difference tests. The results of this community service show that the knowledge and income of MSME food producers in Maringgit Village significantly increased after participating in the training. Income increased by 122%, with statistical results showing a significant change with a very strong correlation. Knowledge increased by 60%, with statistical results showing a significant change with a strong correlation.

Program Pendampingan Berbasis Herbal untuk Pencegahan Anemia pada Remaja Putri di SMAN 4 Muaro Jambi

Anemia is a health problem that requires special attention, especially among adolescents, due to its high prevalence and harmful impact on future generations. Data from Riskesdas 2018 shows that the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is 26.8% in children aged 5-14 years and 32% in those aged 15-24 years. This community service program aims to prevent anemia and improve food security among adolescents at SMAN 4 Muaro Jambi through preparation, socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and evaluation phases. The methods used include counseling, cadre training, and herbal product creation. Mandatory outputs include activity videos, media publications, and increased partner knowledge, along with additional outputs such as a guidebook and scientific articles. Significant results from this program include increased adolescent knowledge about anemia prevention and food security, cadre training for simple Hb level checks, and training on making simple herbal products for anemia prevention, such as lemongrass butterfly pea flower tea, roselle tea, and turmeric tamarind herbal drink. This program is expected to serve as a model for other schools and help reduce the prevalence of anemia in Jambi Province.

Penerapan Mesin Spinner dan Pendampingan Pengemasan Produk Makanan Pothil Di Desa Mejing, Kecamatan Candimulyo Kabupaten Magelang

UD Barokah, produces traditional food “pothil”, is located in Mejing Village, Candimulyo District, Magelang Regency, is approximately 7 km from Tidar University. It produces pothil up to 50 kg/day with a selling price of IDR 70,000/kg. The pothil production process, from preparing ingredients to packaging, is still done manually. The processes that are still done manually are the process of draining the oil and the packaging process which still uses large clear plastic about 5 kg. The packaging also did not include a product label. The aim of this activity is to aid the Mejing Village community in the process of preserving and packaging pothil products. Through this assistance, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the sales reach of pothil products to the general public in areas outside the Magelang Regency. The activity was carried out in two stages, the first stage was observation with discussion with partners and the second stage, problem solving by assisting in the process of preserving and packaging pothil products. The output of this activity is to improve the quality and sales capacity of Mejing Village pothil products and expand the marketing reach of pothil products.

Community Service Program (PKM) titled "Innovation in Print on Demand Business with AI Technology Application within BUMNAG Groups to Foster Technopreneurship in Simalungun" aims to enhance the skills and understanding of local communities, especially the youth, in managing technology-based Print On Demand (POD) businesses. AI technology was directly applied in various aspects of the POD business, including the creation of personalized designs using AI-based tools like Canva AI and Adobe Firefly, enabling participants to produce creative and market-relevant designs without prior graphic design experience. The program's outcomes demonstrate the participants' success in producing various creative POD-based products, including custom-designed screen-printed t-shirts, personalized mug presses, wood-transfer images, and unique keychains. The quality of these products meets marketable standards for both local and broader market potential. However, challenges such as limited production equipment and the short training duration remain significant barriers to scaling marketing efforts. Despite these obstacles, the program's positive impact is evident, particularly in enhancing participants' technical skills and raising awareness of the potential of technology-driven businesses. This program successfully promotes local technopreneurship by empowering the community through AI-based innovations. Comprehensive eradication of illicit cigarettes in Indonesia is difficult because their circulation is done secretly. Surveys show that the circulation of illicit cigarettes in Bali increased by 492.13% in 2023 compared to the previous year. The purpose of this study is to analyze the collaboration process and identify the factors inhibiting the implementation of collaborative governance to eradicate the circulation of illicit cigarettes in Bali Province. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions from the results of interviews. The results showed that the collaborative process of eradicating illicit cigarettes in Bali Province was quite successful in the exchange of information, the process of coordination, communication, transparency information exchange, mutual trust and understanding of the objectives of the illicit cigarette eradication program have been strongly established. However, there are obstacles in the collaboration process consisting of unclear SOPs, lack of human resources and mismatches in employee competencies in the implementation of collaboration. This study recommends that Customs and Satpol PP develop SOPs, increase the quantity and quality of human resources.

Additionally, the use of NSAID medications can also lead to the development of gastritis. The management of gastritis has evolved with advancements in diagnostic techniques and treatment options. An educational initiative was carried out at the Abepura Community Health Center. According to data on the top 10 diseases in 2023, gastritis was the most common non-communicable disease. This is likely due to Abepura sub-district being one of the areas with a high population density and activity level, influencing lifestyle choices. The purpose of the education was to help the community understand gastritis, its causes, prevention, and the correct use of medication. The method used was a participatory approach, targeting all visitors to the Abepura Health Center during the service activity. The conclusion of the service activity at the Abepura Health Center is that the community of Abepura now has a better understanding of proper prevention and management of gastritis.

Additionally, individuals residing in urban areas and those who are married tend to exhibit higher financial literacy. Based on these findings, the project team identified essential user needs, including easy access to information, responsive functionality, and relevant content. The website was developed using technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and CMS to ensure optimal accessibility. Prior to the official launch, comprehensive testing was conducted to verify the website's functionality and compatibility across various devices and browsers. This study contributes to the advancement of financial literacy in Indonesia, with the expectation that the website will support informed investment decisions and contribute to the improvement of economic well-being.

The training participants also showed enthusiasm and gave positive feedback regarding the methods and materials presented. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the number of Instagram followers from 833 to more than 1,000 in six months, an increase in customer interaction from 50 to 70 interactions per post, and an increase in the number of visitors to the shop by 30%. In addition, there was an increase in average daily sales which increased by around 67%. The results show that there is a relationship between work posture and the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders, and work period and the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders. It is hoped that the measurement of work posture, length of service, and incidence of musculoskeletal disorders can be used as material for evaluation and improvement of workers and to determine the precautions that must be taken by workers so that welding workshop workers can minimize the risk of musculoskeletal disorders occurring. In conclusion, the activities have shown that there is a relationship between work posture and the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders and there is a relationship between work period and the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders. The seminar will begin with a presentation session by the resource person, followed by a focus group discussion session, and close with a conclusion and recommendations session. Based on the results of the focus group discussion, it was found that the causes of the low intention of interns to work in the hospitality industry were their personality did not match the work culture at the hotel, overtime hours, and lack of balance between personal life and work. Hotel management is advised to conduct a feedback questionnaire to better understand the personality and challenges faced by interns. Management as practitioners could collaborate with schools to provide a preview of works at a hotel in one or several lecture sessions. Management is also advised to reduce overtime hours and provide a proportional workload for interns.

The empowerment of the Catholic Youth Community (OMK) of St. Gregory the Great Parish, Oeleta, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara, was the main focus of this activity, considering the importance of supporting the organization to become a productive and economically independent community. The primary objective of this PkM activity was to provide training on how to produce kombucha using local ingredients such as stem bark, so that it can be processed into a product that is both beneficial for health and has economic value. The implementation method of this activity was divided into three phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' understanding, as indicated by higher post-test scores compared to pre-test scores. In addition, participants successfully produced kombucha made from faloak bark, which had undergone a 14-day fermentation process. Overall, this PkM activity received highly satisfactory responses from the participants, as reflected in the results of the evaluation questionnaire that was distributed.

This devotion used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews with 36 children, and questionnaires distributed to teachers and parents. The results showed that 88.9% of children preferred traditional games such as tug-of-war, tire racing, and cracker-eating competitions to modern games. These games, which are collaborative and competitive, help reduce stress, rebuild self-confidence, and restore social interaction. Around 83.3% of children were already familiar with these games before the disaster, making familiarity a key factor in fostering a sense of safety and comfort during the recovery process. Trauma symptoms—such as excessive sleepiness, fear, and sleep disturbances—remained, but play activities showed positive impacts. Furthermore, 97.5% of teachers supported the use of traditional games, indicating strong acceptance in the school environment. In addition to serving as an effective psychosocial intervention, traditional games also strengthen cultural identity and community resilience. These findings update and enrich previous research by offering a local context and a child-participatory approach. Thus, traditional games can serve as a strategic alternative for post-disaster trauma recovery in children.

There are 6 stages carried out, namely observation, socialization, workshops and FGDs, design training, media development, evaluation and mentoring. This community service activity can improve teacher competence. Terusan Village is famous for its agricultural and fishery potential, processed superior products in the form of processed dodol, banana and cassava chips, crackers and fish crackers. However, the production of processed agricultural and fishery products is still marketed in a limited manner by relying on relations. This marketing limitation is certainly caused by other systemic problems in the form of the absence of a Business Identification Number (NIB), Household Industry Food Permit (PIRT) and Halal Certificate (SH). The author identifies solutions to these problems with the concept of 'Scale Up' or class improvement. The implementation of activities is carried out by involving community participation as the main actors in changing both attitudes and knowledge. Mentoring activities begin with basic entrepreneurship training in the form of an introduction to business legality and its urgency. Furthermore, the team conducted a workshop on the selection of packaging design and digital product marketing which is ultimately expected to support the improvement of packaging quality and marketing reach through digital marketing. This class improvement has an impact on product quality and marketing reach, this has an impact on increasing the economic level of village communities through increased sales.
