So, an Android-based application will be designed to help sellers promote products and make it easier for customers to order local herbal medicine based on Android. There are many software quality measurement methods such as Boehm, ServQual, FURPS, WebQual, ISO 9126, Delone &amp; McLean, ISO 25010, SQL-OSS, ISO 25022, and McCall. This research finds out systematically about what methods have been used to measure software quality in the last 5 years, what types of software that are being measured, and what methods are considered best practice in measuring software quality. This research found 12 articles that used several methods such as the ISO/IEC 25010:2011 Model, Function Analysis, Metric Function Oriented, and McCall. Most research applies the McCall method in measuring software quality with the web-based information system software in the education sector as the research object. Therefore, the McCall method is considered best practice in measuring software quality. PT XYZ is engaged in services, located in South Sumatra. PT XYZ has a best employee assessment once a year on a regular basis, but the best employee assessment process is not optimal because the best employee assessment has been carried out based on the highest criteria data collection. This can cause more than one employee assessment, because hrd decides again one of the best employees based on the subjectivity of personal opinion. For the sales method, usually directly, namely from home, some are taken to traditional markets or there are several customers who are outside the NTT area who usually place orders through social media such as Facebook, this causes inefficient sales. The shortcomings of the sales method via social media are information about stock items that still have to be updated manually by the admin so that stock information is not necessarily valid due to human error, for the purchase history must also be recorded manually through the comment column or inbox on social media which results in the craft manager having difficulty in managing financial information. Based on the existing conditions, it is necessary to engineer an Online Sales Application of Typical Local Crafts of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Maubesi Village Case Study. Along with the rapid development of information technology, watches with various brands, specifications and prices have emerged. As a result, people become confused in choosing due to various considerations, so a calculation method that produces a ranking assessment to help in choosing a watch is needed. Therefore, research was carried out using the SAW and SMART methods, both of which are included in the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) which can calculate various alternatives and attributes.
