Sosialisasi Penerapan Manajemen Logistik terhadap Produk Perishable dan Non Perishable

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat setelah dilakukan analisis lingkungan kebutuhan mitra. Dimana saat ini minimnya pengetahuan mitra mengenai penerapan manajemen logistik rumah tangga terhadap pengelolaan produk perishable dan non perishable. Selain itu tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dalam menerapkan manajemen logistik dalam rumah tangga melalui pengelolaan produk perishable dan non perishable. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah dan pemaparan materi mengenai manajemen logistik rumah tangga dan sharing knowledge antar mitra dengan tim pengabdian, pemilihan metode ini disebabkan mengingat pengetahuan dan pemahaman mitra masih rendah. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukan antusiasme dari mitra dalam melakukan diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan tim pengabdian, harapannya masyarakat selaku mitra mampu memahami tentang penerapan manajemen logistik pada sektor rumah tangga semakin meningkat serta mampu mengaplikasikan dalam kehidupan nyata mengenai pengelolaan manajemen logistik rumah tangga terhadap pengelolaan produk perishable dan non perishable.
