Program "Budaya Mutu" di SMA Islam Nabilah Batam bertujuan untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang berdaya saing tinggi. Pelaksanaannya melibatkan metode sosialisasi dan diskusi yang interaktif dengan para siswa. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pentingnya budaya mutu, cara mengembangkan karakter kuat, serta strategi peningkatan daya saing personal. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi, percaya diri, pemahaman budaya mutu, dan kesiapan siswa untuk meningkatkan daya saing setelah mengikuti program ini. Luarannya meliputi produk berupa generasi muda berkualitas dan jasa dalam bentuk kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan siswa. Faktor pendorong utama adalah komitmen kuat dari pihak sekolah, dukungan guru, serta antusiasme siswa. Sementara tantangannya adalah keterbatasan sumber daya dan perbedaan latar belakang siswa. Program ini berhasil mempersiapkan siswa menjadi SDM berdaya saing dan memberikan kontribusi bagi pembangunan bangsa dengan menghasilkan generasi muda berkualitas.
