Workshop Pemanfaatan AI untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Digital Guru-Guru SMK dalam Proses Pembelajaran di Sekolah

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan workshop pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk meningkatkan literasi guru-guru SMK, khususnya di SMK Swasta UISU Siantar. Program ini didorong oleh perkembangan teknologi yang pesat dan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui integrasi teknologi canggih. Workshop ini dirancang untuk membekali guru-guru SMK dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk berbagai aspek pembelajaran, termasuk perancangan kurikulum, evaluasi siswa, dan pengelolaan kelas. Pelatihan ini juga mencakup pemahaman dasar tentang AI, aplikasi praktis dalam pendidikan, serta etika penggunaan teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Workshop kegiatan disampaikan oleh tim dengan 2 cara, tatap muka dan virtual melalui aplikasi zoom. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini, para guru dapat meningkatkan kompetensi digital mereka, sehingga mampu mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efisien. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru yang berpartisipasi mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan menerapkan AI dalam pembelajaran. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMK Swasta UISU Siantar, memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses pembelajaran, dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan di era digital. Program ini juga berpotensi menjadi model yang dapat diadaptasi oleh sekolah lain untuk meningkatkan literasi digital di kalangan tenaga pendidik.
