Abstrak

Orasi ilmiah ini membahas pentingnya membangun sinergi lintas generasi dalam organisasi modern di era digital. Dengan tenaga kerja yang terdiri dari empat generasi utama (Baby Boomers, Generasi X, Milenial, dan Generasi Z), organisasi menghadapi tantangan dan peluang dalam membangun kolaborasi efektif. Orasi ini mengeksplorasi strategi konkret untuk meningkatkan sinergi dan kinerja tim, termasuk program mentoring, pembentukan tim lintas generasi, dan pelatihan kesadaran generasi. Peran teknologi digital dalam memfasilitasi kolaborasi juga dibahas, bersama dengan contoh sukses organisasi yang berhasil membangun sinergi lintas generasi. Implikasi bagi dunia pendidikan dan pengembangan kepemimpinan diuraikan, menekankan pentingnya menyesuaikan kurikulum untuk mempersiapkan pemimpin masa depan yang mampu mengelola tim lintas generasi dengan efektif. Orasi ini juga membahas tantangan seperti perbedaan nilai, gaya kerja, dan ekspektasi antar generasi, serta stereotip dan prasangka yang dapat menghambat kolaborasi. Namun, perbedaan ini juga dilihat sebagai peluang untuk pembelajaran dua arah dan pertukaran keterampilan. Pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif dan menghargai keragaman juga disoroti. Akhirnya, orasi ini menekankan bahwa membangun sinergi lintas generasi adalah investasi berharga bagi masa depan organisasi, yang dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan.
