The program of community service aims to increase digital literacy and the adoption of QRIS on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sidowayah Village, Klaten Regency. Activities were carried out from August to November 2025 through workshops, door-to-door accompaniment, QRIS registration assistance, and post-program monitoring. The study employs the Theory of Diffusion of Innovation and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to understand the influencing factors for technology adoption. The result of the activity showed that 5 out of 10 targeted MSMEs were able to adopt QRIS, especially the culinary sector which had the highest adoption rate due to the need for fast transactions and the increasing demand for digital payments from customers. The program also encountered several challenges, including limited internet connectivity, low digital literacy, and psychological barriers of fear of making technical mistakes. But intensive accompaniment in the community has been proven to increase the confidence of MSME actors in using the digital payment system. This program proves that collaborative and continuous mentoring can facilitate the digital transformation of rural MSMEs and empower the economy of the community.
