Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) adalah untuk mengedukasi dan melatih Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) agar memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam mengevaluasi dan merekonstruksi usaha meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja ASN melalui motivasi. Focus group discussion (FGD) dan workshop merupakan teknis untuk melaksanakan PkM ini. Mitra utama kegiatan PkM ini adalah ASN Pemerintah Kota Kupang yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling dan teknik quota sampling. Peserta PkM sebanyak 28 orang. Analisis SWOT menjadi basis edukasi dan pelatihan PkM ke peserta. Keberhasilan kegiatan PkM ini adalah peserta teredukasi dan memiliki pengetahuan serta ketrampilan dalam mengevaluasi dan merekonstruksi strategi meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja melalui motivasi.
