Paper ini untuk pertama kalinya menyajikan hasil penelitian terkait Pelatihan profesional para hakim. Metode penelitian yang disajikan dalam paper ini adalah berupa studi kasus. Tiga puluh satu hakim, di Pengadilan Kota dan Kabupaten, diikutsertakan untuk mendapatkan berbagai perspektif melaui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh pelatihan dapat membentuk interpretasi yudisial tentang keadilan. Kami menemukan bahwa Hakim peserta pelatihan mempelajari tiga bentuk keadilan yang paling penting: keadilan hukum, keadilan moral, dan keadilan sosial. Peserta juga akan belajar dari pelatihan bahwa peserta akan diminta untuk mengharmoniskan berbagai dimensi keadilan dalam konteks pengabdian masyarakat.
