Pengembangan Literasi Keuangan Berbasis Website dalam Meningkatkan Inklusi Keuangan Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045

Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi kebutuhan utama pengguna dalam pengembangan website untuk literasi keuangan melalui metode campuran. Hasil wawancara dan survei menunjukkan bahwa pengguna mengutamakan kemudahan akses informasi, fitur interaktif, dan layanan pelanggan yang responsif. Sebanyak 75% responden lebih memilih platform yang mobile-friendly, menegaskan pentingnya desain responsif. Responden juga menginginkan perlunya konten yang relevan dan terkini, serta konten edukatif dan interaktif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan bahwa desain yang responsif dan penyediaan konten berkualitas adalah kunci untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar pengguna dalam literasi keuangan. Hal ini akan membantu pengguna untuk lebih memahami dan mengaplikasikan konsep literasi keuangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
