Perancangan Sistem Informasi Absensi Pegawai di Kantor Pengacara

Sistem absensi yang efektif dan efisien merupakan salah satu elemen krusial dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, khususnya pada kantor hukum yang membutuhkan manajemen waktu yang tepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi kehadiran pegawai yang terkomputerisasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan pencatatan kehadiran pegawai pada kantor pengacara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, serta implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Sistem informasi kehadiran yang dihasilkan berbasis web, memanfaatkan teknologi seperti PHP dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan data, serta menyediakan fitur-fitur utama seperti pencatatan kehadiran secara real-time, pelaporan kehadiran, dan pemberitahuan otomatis jika terlambat dan tidak hadir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses kehadiran, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan mempermudah pengelolaan data kehadiran karyawan. Dengan sistem ini diharapkan manajemen waktu dan produktivitas di kantor hukum dapat meningkat secara signifikan.
