Analisis Pola Menu Program Makan Bergizi Gratis Menggunakan Algoritma Apriori

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) merupakan program strategis yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemenuhan gizi peserta didik. Dalam implementasinya, diperlukan evaluasi berbasis data untuk memahami pola penyusunan menu dan keterkaitannya dengan kelompok penerima manfaat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola keterkaitan menu pada Program Makan Bergizi Gratis menggunakan teknik association rule mining dengan algoritma Apriori. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan data mining dengan kerangka kerja Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). Data yang dianalisis berupa data transaksi MBG yang memuat kombinasi menu dan kelompok penerima manfaat. Algoritma Apriori diterapkan untuk membentuk frequent itemsets dan aturan asosiasi berdasarkan nilai support, confidence, dan lift. Proses analisis dan visualisasi hasil dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi nasi dan sayur hijau merupakan pola menu yang paling dominan dan konsisten. Beberapa aturan asosiasi memiliki nilai confidence tinggi dan nilai lift lebih besar dari satu, yang mengindikasikan hubungan antaritem yang signifikan dan tidak terjadi secara acak. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan menu MBG memiliki pola yang relatif terstruktur. Dengan demikian, algoritma Apriori terbukti efektif dalam mengidentifikasi pola implementasi Program Makan Bergizi Gratis berbasis data. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai dasar evaluasi dan perbaikan penyusunan menu MBG agar lebih terencana dan tepat sasaran.
